End of Part 3....Chris Powell: "Eric Sprott (Sprott Asset Management....the one with the new bullion backed ETF) along with a 'much larger' investment house independantly approached the IMF to purchase the balance of IMF gold purported to be for sale....BOTH were turned down"

Conclusion of Mr. Powell: The IMF has no gold for sale....but uses these announcements to drive the price of gold lower.
