My sentiments exactly. Would you lend that kind of money knowing the company can not pay you back in 3 months? They obviously feel that the short term cash is safe OR they are just doing a stop-gap measure for a probable solution that is upcoming.

I am not a whiz but I know you don't lend that kind of money to someone without assurances. PERIOD.
