it looks to me that sanz has become a sacrificial lamb to try and placate the masses until the september elections (not gonna happen imo)...the unions are screaming for action, payments and investigations (even the russians are getting in on the act, it looks like ven might have shorted them on thier cut)...it also appears to me that hugo is trying to use the central bank to cover up fraud in the CVG and provide "creative financing" to make it look like something is being accomplished...

khan will be very busy listening to gripes and setting up "tables of discussion" but most of the unions/laborers/illegal miners are saying "not one more week without answers" .... we'll see

in any case, in the guayana region "khan" is by far the biggest story... in caracas...not so much..
