Khan keeps silence on managemental changes

The first encounter of the holder of the Mibam, Jose Khan, occurred with a union fraction of the PSUV that traveled to Caracas to give to the civil servant their “socialist” proposal. The new president of CVG admitted the possibility of including to employees in the positions of operative and managemental conduction; he promised to review liabilities and to give space to the workers.

The certain thing is that also ordered of the CVG it showed that “the incorporation of the workers in the direction of the processes and the decision making is part of the proposals that arose in the tables, and president Chávez has been first in ratifying that those tables arrive at the main target that is the working control”.

Khan spoke to mass media - according to it reviewed ABN- on the necessity to establish a table of liabilities “understanding that there is an economic reality in Venezuela, but that does not have any impediment so that it is possible to be discussed, because this Government has been responsible and has recognized and cancelled the debts with the workers”.

“We have a union movement more mature than he knows that at the moment he must play the unit with a single objective, that is to put to work the basic companies totally”, it said.

Projects in door
Khan said that it will work to jointly drive and to articulate the process of extraction of the mining with the process of average transformation, finishing by the combination giving added value to that process, added the note of official means.

Who informed that the Central bank of Venezuela (BCV) proposes to recover the informal mining in Bolivar, will work “with some policies of incentives and to retake the storing centers”.

“One is considering, in addition, to establish a new one soothes of the BCV in Bolivar, where also there will be an Institute of Formation of the Jewellery and Certification of Gold”, it added.

Guayana to the delay

All the union leadership and the social movements hope to meet with minister of Basic Industries and Minería (Mibam), Jose Khan. According to some versions the president of the CVG has begun to call to the union leadership chosen by the workers for possible meetings.

Last night a possible meeting was rumored. Nevertheless, part of the union leadership considers that these encounter must respect the institutionality of the union organizations.
