I may not be getting it Dparge. To my way of thinking if the potential strategic investor was shorting to convert the loan to thus giving up him actual money for paper shares at .20 or 5 day average he would only benefit from the share price rising afterwards. I view this as longer term as far as Kry is concerned. For blue chip stocks I consider long term 6 months or more but with Kry I think it is a month or two.

I guess it is depends on what we think long term is.
