I don't see Kry as having a stronger hand than VZ in any negotiations. Our financial situation is such that unless we continue to get cash infusions VZ can wait us out. That being said I believe Kry will have access to funds to continue to operate as they are needed but I and certainly many other don't want to creep along for a couple more years.

While we believe Hugo wants and needs to get LC mining remember we are dealing with a person who isn't rational. We thought he was saving the permit twice now as an election goodie but were wrong so don't bank on Hugo doing anything that makes sense or is good for the people of VZ.
