Even our FRIEND Agapov said that part of the JV with VZ was that VZ would be responsible for their shre of costs. This doesn't mean that they fork over money but either their share is paid with the gold being mined or the gold back securities.

In our current MOC we are responsible for obtaining financing for the project. I don't think your belief that VZ wants 51% of the profits and 40% of our profits is sound thinking. This is not to say that maybe you are correct and the hold up in getting the mine going has been Fung saying we won't agree to these terms. I doubt it thought.
