Crystallex did not sign on to do the mining for free. If the conditions imposed by Venezuela become to onerous we still have contracts and we still would have recourse thru arbitration if we refuse being abused. Would we not? if you look at it from that standpoint we will get as much as 2 billion dollars without doing anymore than we have. Ecuador was just forced to pay up in arbitration and they still have another six or seven billion hanging over their head. Venezuela is aware of this. The other expropriations that Venezuela has done, have not been to their advantage and will continue to cost them billions of dollars going forward.

I do not know what the changes would be if we are joint ventured with the government . Taking over Brisas would be a headache. it is a completely different type of a mine and a marginal one at that.

We are moving toward a resolution and that is good.
