What is a $2.5M investment on top of $30M?

Exactly!

So if this PP scenario is true (spending 2.5 to protect 30M) then maybe tanking the stock is not as importiant as having a good technical chart coming back from the bottom, after all they are gauranteed 5% for the trouble anyways.
