I wouldn't say the annual report was "nothing but bad news" however, it may not be as rosey as some would say. It's got some tidbits of hope along with some areas of concern. Not much new except the introduction of the potential strategic investor. But you can be sure that this investor will want to see the stock price as low as possible so that when they convert to common shares, they will obtain as many common shares as possible. So when that time comes, I would expect a drop in the stock price followed by a pump and dump so they can exit stage left if they are only involved for a quick gain. If they are in it for the long haul, then we should be hearing about that in due time.

Unfortunately it looks like the stock price slide has begun. Damn.
