I subscribe to Emerging Stock Report. My impression, with admittedly no hard evidence, is that it is a pump and dump operation. It's pretty successful at producing runups in the stocks they cover. I hope if we see a runup (and this morning suggests one might be starting), it's due to fundamentals rather than ESR subscribers hopping on board for a quick turnaround.
