I understand about the MOC, but there is still some kind of formula for what KRY gets from the deal.....are the expenses split with the CVG? After expenses, what is the split between the CVG and Crystallex? I'm trying to get a sense of how much less the company will earn if there has to be another party involved, as that would affect the shareprice I assume. If it turns out to be another company that is listed, then I would think both stocks would rise when an announcement is made?
