Additional information including directors and officers' remuneration and
indebtedness, principal holders of the Corporation's securities and securities
authorized for issuance under equity compensation plans, where applicable, is or
will be contained in the management information circular for use at the next
annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation (currently scheduled for June
23, 2010).
