Is it possible for a jv with Crystallex, Rusoro, VZ, and a financier?

Some type of deal where a specific entity is created like Venrus and everyone brings something to the table.

Crystallex - MOC, expertise, plans.

Rusoro - Hugo wants a Russian name (even though it is Canadian)

VZ - the ground to mine

Financier - the cash

Maybe, not this simple legally but some form like this is what I would anticipate. With gold prices moving so far north of what the original plans were, and probably heading higher, more to go around. A XX percent take in a project like Las Cristinas is better than flopping around or arbitration in my opinion. The devil is in the details but the net of it may be the same as what we have on paper today. Also, the possiblility of additional participation beyond what our current contract states.
