unfortunately, the local news that would have any good kry stories in ven have been shut down since the 30th/31st due to hugo's "extended electrical holiday"....so even if something good is going on down there we wont know til monday.....

personally, i dont get the PPS jump...i'm not complaining.....but i did'nt see the hidden encoded message explaining the share rise....we've heard "we expect to get a permit" before....so what gives?
