jj, imo our MOC was "voided" a long time...according to the letter of the MOC the clinic, the treatment plant, the houses, etc,etc did'nt even have to BEGIN until AFTER we had all necessary permits! so the only explanation is that we did these projects in good faith to show what nice guys we are (we kissed thier ass in hopes of a permit, it backfired)....and as far as finding out "what ven wants"....we know what hugo wants....he wants to bleed us dry and for us to just go away..

as far as sending bills ....i meant to actually send bills to the population that uses the water (not a government entity)....they're the end user, we are the supplier....i know they would'nt pay them, but at least it would shake something up...maybe put in a little flier about the kry saga....

my guess is that very shortly we will be filing for arb.....i'd be much happier if we could blow up everything we made down there and otherwise stick it to chavez any way we could on the way out......in the end maybe it would help the venz to wake up and get rid of this ahole...
