In the past few days there has been much here that has pulled at my heart. In time I will say what I need. That which has bothered me the most will come first before I take a morning run.

Hands down this is the best KRY board out there. I can never thank Boss enough for setting up a place where we can gather to discuss and share information on our investment without the edge that the Yahoo KRY board offered. This place was and will always be a breath of fresh air to people. The posters here are some of the finest men and women I have ever had the priviledge to trade with. They are more than colorful names, avatars, points and ranks....they are my family....and I am theirs. A close bond has been formed between us while we wait for our KRY to blossom. Like brothers and sisters we will have our share of squabbles and fall-outs but at the base of all of that is love and respect.

When it comes to respect, I cannot say enough about the following men. Hoov, CJR, Joe, Bear, Boss, MOMG, MM2, JC, Rundle, JJ, Ian, Nbeans, O&L, and a very special man who I still think of as a HL but was robbed of that position when he stuck up for me.....my JoeP. These gentlemen are the foundation of this board. They are what is good, fair and right. From the outside it is impossible....completely impossible to view or imagine what these men go through and are subject to on a daily basis. Because I had the opportunity to be one of them for a short period of time....I know and have seen. Countless angry PM's, putting out fires both on the board and in private between angry and feuding members, smoothing over hurt feelings and awkward situations, moderating difficult threads and discussions and supporting each and every one of us both publically and privately.

Nine tenths of this, we as posters do not see. It is all behind the scenes and can be both draining, intense and extremely time consuming if it is a hot issue. These guys don't get paid for this work, no recognition whatsoever except for a title that is most often ridiculed. They are our finest posters, yet are often treated poorly for what they do and don't do to everyone's satisfaction on this board. We have no clue....no clue what goes on behind the curtain yet we are constantly picking apart the job that is done.

Our Hub Leaders are not only fair and unbiased, but they are sensitive and discrete. When a decision to ban or delete a post is made, it is done so after careful consideration and done after consultation with 2 or more leaders. It is not a random emotional act, based on anger, retribution, or friendship....it is an act done for the good of the board. The entire board. Because we are not privy to the way things go down, it is sometimes hard to understand and come to terms with steps that are taken to right the wrongs and restore balance here.

Each of you will treat our Hub Leaders the way you see fit based on personal experience, but I ask only the following of you. Before you nail one of them to the cross for something they did or didn't do, pause for a moment and think of this post. If we could all walk a moment in their shoes, we would have a completely different perspective on things that happen here on the KRY Agoracom board and would be much more tolerant and dare I say appreciative of their presence and interaction. I owe each of them a debt of gratitude and credit for keeping this board in wonderful condition. It is a joy to read, post and interact here. Thank-you guys for making it so.
