EZ---thanks for taking the time to contact RM. Your posts help keep hope alive on the board. Now for some thoughts-----if RM made the statement that nobody knows what the (heck) Ven. wants then such a statement causes me concern. I thought we were told last June they WANTED to settle the matter. We have been told on several occasions that KRY is currant in their disclosures. If they are now saying they don't know what Ven. wants then I take that to mean they don't know if Ven. wants to settle. If that's the case they should update their disclosures.

Second, you stated that RM said "things must be moving in a positive direction or they would have filed for arbitration by now". What's this THEY word in his statement? He is a VP. Shouldn't he be using the word WE? If he used the word THEY, that sounds like he is out of the loop.
