You could read into this that yes KRY did leave...some operations by reverting them to Vz control. And yes, working condition would most certainly improve under Vz since now the workers are not required to work anymore. Who knows what KRY put those poor workers through... on the job at 8:00am... go home at 5:00pm? WFT?

So in a way truth is there but it's just not obvious.
