Are we waiting to hear back from Chinese/Russian interests...??..did Fung go to China for a last ditch effort in December..it's almost April??.......just how much longer are we prepared to give them to come back with an offer??...or are we waiting for Venezuela to all of a sudden turn an about face and issue us the permit.....what are we doing?.
