ez, i agree, but the fact is that vannessa is still a dark cloud hanging over LC...also, if the icsid case has dragged out over 5 years there must be some legal merit to it. i expect when it's said/done infinito will walk away with $100mil +/-, but who knows.

in all fairness, we also tried everything to screw them....at the time we won. in hindsight, i'm not sure winning was a good thing....
