We've been told that that we are fine at least till the end of the second quarter...end of June. If it goes past that, I have no doubts personaly, that Fung will arrange some financing. If he is getting somewhere, and it's just a matter of time, I would say he'll get money no problem. He will have to disclose some info to the lender/financer/partner?

They would just have to sign a secrecy agreement. Kry will not go bankrupt, and will not sell for a song....you can take that to the bank....lol....IMHO.
