vlada, Management continues to refuse to inform the Public

The reason management refuses to inform the Public is because there is nothing to inform the Public of that can go on record. It's as simple as that. I think it was EZ who said something to the affect that a publicly traded company is LIABLE for what they say. If they say something that gives you hope and then goes up but it never happens and then the stock goes down you could sue their ass and you would probably win. Do you get it or not? If you want to continue to live in fear of the outcome, that's your choice. You will probably continue agonize over this deal until what you fear comes to fruition. Thought directs energy.
