turtle, i think dl has a point.... the noteholder case indicated there were things the public is not aware of....what is to keep fung from telling li' (ka-ching) anything he wants to.... i.e. "hey li', we have an agreement with xyz that when hugo is booted we'll get our permit, why dont you throw in a few bucks"...

in any case, these are some dark days for kry and its shareholders....i have to believe fung has a plan or we would have filed years ago.... what choice do i have...

one strange question remains.....who's buying this stock? the volume has been pretty good and the PPS does'nt fluctuate.....i think most folks on this board would have to admit that they would'nt recommend kry at this point to friends/family....

so who the hell is buying? and why?
