funny, Barbara Rodriguez, manager of communication BCV refer to these miners as "informal miners" for Joseph Khan its "illegal miners" seem to me that the BCV are unhappy they can't acquired ALL this illegal obtained gold not to mention the environmental devastation caused by these miners, can you say banana republic...
