Pend I agree with your post. I think the sticky point is Kry will not relinquish the current deal for a 51/49 arrangement and thats the holdup.

I agree with holding out and maintaining our contract neverless.

They have been making deals with their independent miners but not living up to them, typical. Nothing they say matters, the actions are what I am watching.
