Vlada, I am sure you saw your article was May of last year, right?

GRZ themselves held the concession and is a bit different in KRY's case. VZ already holds KRY's concession in which KRY is contracted to recover the gold. VZ can't take the concession back from themselves. KRY has made it clear that they are compliant in their contract and obligations in the MOC to date.
