I'll bet those numbers include 'renovations' and 'improvements' such as ...hanging a door, putting up a set of shelves, making existing toilets, taps, etc. work, as well as, partitioning a room in a school....adding classrooms. Most likely setting a table up under a tarp to distribute asprins and banadages is classified as setting up a clinic.

What do you want to bet that the 'Clinic that KRY built' did not get supplied and staffed.
