Tue Feb 23, 2010 9:25pm GMT Venezuela Chavez says may restart Colombia imports

PLAYA DE CARMEN, Mexico, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Tuesday said he was willing to evaluate buying more from Colombia after months of a virtual trade blockade which has seen imports fall sharply from the neighboring country.

Before the diplomatic spat last year, Venezuela imported around $7 billion dollars annually in food, vehicles and other goods from Colombia.
