Q13:How much has Crystallex spent on LasCristinas to date and what does it believe the Mine Operating Contract is worth in a settlement?

A: Crystallex's expenditures on LasCristinas have been considerable. A portion of the total expenditures has been expensed and a portion, approximately $350 million to date, has been capitalized. Crystallex has retained professional advisors to review and assess the full extent of our LasCristinas investments in the context of arbitration proeedings.
