Fetrabolfvar spoke out against the new presidential decree

Union representatives have said that the Cabelum would be closing its doors in the coming days

(Correspondent Ciudad Bolivar) .- The desirability of the collective guayacitano ruling against the continuing violations of the national executive, was highlighted yesterday morning by Victor Mendoza and Carlos Pinelli, directors of the Federation of Workers of Bolivar State, called respondents who claimed that their livelihood is not only the adoption of new regulatory measures on electricity, as well as in promoting the breakdown of the contracting companies, including Cabelum which said it would be closing its doors in the coming days .
Victor Mendoza, president of Fetrabolfvar said that this statement does call for reflection on citizenship, on the need to start protest actions taken against a number of decisions and policies adopted so inconsiderate by national authorities , which indicated, have been accepting passively when in fact these have been implemented by the breakout of the competent authorities in specific cases such as the electricity crisis.

Wrong Policy

The union spokesman questioned the fact that the national government, after developing a plan for energy savings, with which it would face a crisis caused allegedly by the natural phenomenon El Niño, re-directed to inform the Venezuelan people do not only on the establishment of a consumption ceiling of 500 kilowatt hours per month, but also a series of penalties applied for failure to comply with a stipulation that in his opinion does not meet the needs of citizens, let alone in the entities where liability is necessary to use air conditioners and other refrigeration systems.

Cabelum at risk

Mendoza said in this sense, the situation is further complicated in the nation because the couple do not make apparent the existence of a recovery plan for electricity, particularly in the state is still adding to the conflict in the basic, due to the lack of investment in technological adaptation and the alleged closure of Cabelum, a company that despite the importance it holds, was not established in time to prevent its collapse, the result of a marked decrease in their production rates.

Hence, the witness said, were just a lack of investment, the contraction of labor liabilities, the disrespect of government professionals and technicians of the entity and the proliferation of corruption, the main agents responsible for the employment situation registered in Guyana, where among other things, it should highlight the existence of more than 150 workers in filing regime for daring to protest, while others less fortunate as Ruben Gonzalez was detained without justification.

Against this gloomy outlook said Victor Mendoza, and all that remains to do is to urge the labor sector and the general public to close ranks in defense of freedom of association and the constitutional order of a country that continues to accept passively governmental impositions, to organize peaceful protest action, in protest of the continuing onslaught of the national government.

Unions in the spotlight

Again, the union leader warned the union to remain attentive to the actions that the national executive would continue to lead in this sector, with the sole purpose of eradicating the labor struggle going, because it would hinder the achievement of goals set in the country.
