GW, I feel like I'm reading an x-file script with these links.

The more I read your links the more it reminds me that Kry has continually said that they are compliant with their MOC and it has been confirmed in a letters. Any lying is probably coming right from Hugo's mouth. At the present rate Chavez is imploding I'm not quite so interested in a buyout at any price.

Assuming Kry is able to wait for Chavez's departure, the upside of a contract to mine 20-30 million ounces of gold from .30 is astronomical.
