Sept 26th but hopefully sooner.

China and russia must be wondering if they've invested in a loser. I'll bet Chavez is on their agenda weekly. Chavez announced to his people, in todays paper, Russia wants him to continue to rule Venezuela to protect their investment in the Ornico belt. And so does China. is this a soverign country?
