I've been looking for MOC full documents but can't find them at the crystallex web site. They have the 3 page executive summary but not the whole contract. I was hoping to see if Hitcher was involved in approving of our contract. Does anyone know where a copy can be found.

If Hitcher was still involved and approved in 2002 when our contract was signed this is great news. If the problem was Ortega wouldn't approve the permit maybe Hitcher will.
