Your country is in the shitter. You've scared away the foreign investment you so badly need, and now your government is unravelling. Every facet of your country is falling apart... blackouts, shortages of every kind. You just devalued your currency by half. You've made enemies of almost every democratic country in the world and have made friends with the most hated and dangerous ones. What gives? Did yo' momma not love you?

Hugo, buddy... it's time to give it a rest. We all know that by now, even though you hate the rich and capitalism is evil, you have lined your pockets and those of your family and friends quite handsomely (how many millions do you need???). Your poor huddled masses that once supported you are starting to turn, Hugo. They're pissed - who could blame them? Soon be time to change course before they take you out.

We know you don't really give a shit about mining - it's all about the oil baby. But that ugly brute of a witch has left the building, so blame the whole thing on her... it was all a mistake, right? Issue the bloody permit. Get a few of the poor bastards in KM88 a job working on something worthwhile... let us dumb bastards up here in the evil northern lands make a few bucks and get on with our lives.
