You know what is funny about that MOM is that the VZ quakes before and after the Haiti quake were located only 800 miles from Haiti. I wonder what will happen if the same sized quake hit VZ? My guess is that Chavez would want a bit of debt relief himself, he is not setting himself up very good with a place that is very very close to home IMO.
