Im hoping this resignation is something bigger than it appears. Carrizalez was a former colonel in the army.Maybe the military have decided that Chevez really has lost his marbles and needs to be removed.Surely to god there must be intelligent officails and military brass that are not all nuts and can see how insane he is.My hope is Carrizalez has been givin a heads up from his former buddies,maybe imunity from crimes against the state if he resigns now. I can only hope.
