Through conversations with Bob Fung and Richard Marshall, this is what I have concluded. I have "connected the dots", so to speak. If preferred, I can restate as follows;

1. We are not the position of imminent bankruptcy.

2. We are not getting the permit, doing a j/v with Venezuela or partnering up with the Russians.

3. We would like to clarify our current position to our shareholders but we are not allowed because i's are being dotted, t's are being crossed.

I may be proved wrong. If so, I will probably be seeing some court time. Tennis anyone?
