Message: At this point we have only one hope for a positive resolution...

I think Vz is off limits for foreign investment for the foreseeable future in this sector for any company that operates with any common sense..

True...but to play the devil's advocate...Russia (and presumably the Chinese) seem to have been exempted from one of Hugo's deal breaking demands....they were given the right to pursue international arbitration on deals going forward. So there is potential opportunity for a stink bid offer by the Russians.....consistent with Fung's\Marshall's statements about a process preferred to arbitration that should bear fruit "sooner rather than later". I still don't trust management. My point is that there is always that kernal of positive fact that keeps hope alive for the imminent release of good news from management.

Alternatively...it is very possible Fung has financing lined up to see us thru arbitration. He certainly has the credentials and connections to make this a realistic possibility.

We just don't know. One thing is certain....time is running out.

I'm grasping at straws here...but as I posted earlier...there is a tiny chance that this latest "investigation" into KRY may be part of Hugo's strategy to announce the agreed upon results of the much alluded to "process" going forward. It is 1000% more likely that it is another example of how we are being "F'd". I, for one, will be watching this investigation very closely. If it proceeds swiftly (as reported in the press), that may bode well. If it's just another stalling tactic or kangaroo court...we better hope Fung has financing lined up.

Regarding financing....I believe someone stated that Fung is on the record indicating that a "private placement" will not take place. Can anyone that knows how this might work and what the pros and cons of "private placement" financing are, offer their thoughts? tia
