Newfie, you are drawing some huge conclusions and stating them as facts. Be careful. Speciically points 1 & 3.

I am certain that what they said is "we have no plans to file bankruptcy". The facts are that money will run out this quarter and there are no financial backers ready to invest in KRY. All we can do is sell equipment, which might possibly trigger the noteholders debt.

"3. We would like to clarify our current position to our shareholders but we are not allowed because i's are being dotted, t's are being crossed."

I assume this is your interpretation. Neither Fung nor arshall would ever say or imply this as it would broder on an SEC volation.

I personally think things are a lot more desparate than we are led to believe.
