rayzz, i'm not sure what you're reading or what RM's view of chancellor is, but i remember when it happened. i read and posted almost every article pertaining to chancellor and i walked away with this....

chancellor actually seems like a decent guy that got caught up in something much bigger than himself and did'nt realize what he was up against....

he led a large protest/blockade demanding the opening of LC. i honestly believe he thought it was krys fault for stalling the mine and had no idea the ven govt was the culprit.....it brought a lot of unwanted attention to the cause and made hugo's govt look bad while chancellor actually grew in popularity...hell, he was elected mayor AFTER he was in jail....

that's why he is in jail!! corruption and the other stuff is just a red herring...

i will add.....i dont think hugo wants this guy out any time soon...
