Thanks for the posts Rayz, I guess one could deduce here that the (plural) transactions could not be offers in that they would have already been pr'd. So transactions would have to mean something else non material with another company and/or means of gaining financing. Hopefully KRY is not doing something and violating their own mantra of material information we hear over an over again.
