What a coincidence....first GRZ gets shafted and now KRY will be found in violation of the MOC. Two Canadian companies just happened to get screwed by Chavez within weeks of each other. If I was a lawyer....I'd probably (with hindsight) say that we should have filed for International Arbitration before this witch hunt was launched.

Who knows....maybe they already threatened Fung with the witch hunt if he didn't give away the rights to KRY for a song.

Apparently this boil has come to a head. I expect a PR soon indicating where the company stands and what our course of action will be going forward in light of this unsurprising turn of events.
