IMO....we have one option at this point in time....arbitration. This presumes, of course, that we can fund it. It makes no logical sense not to start the clock ticking on arbitration. If the political scene changes for the better after arbitration has been filed....there is nothing that would prevent a friendlier regime from reaching an agreement with us and exiting arbitration.

How long will this take? Don't hold your breath.
