Before i believe Chavez is in any trouble i think we need to have some tangible proof that the Ven population has had enough.A poor performing economy with food shortages, power outages, declining purchasing power, may have a long term affect and would help if Ven was an actual democracy but it is not.He has evolved into a dictator and i dont believe any election will get rid of him,he is there for life unless the population starts to rebel. We need to start seeing massive protests like we are starting to see in Iran, not a couple of dozen union members complaining about lack of work or not getting paid.Sure some of the population is starting to complain but i just dont see the urgency yet.If our situation depends on the longivity of Chevez,s time in power, than i think we are screwed.I hope im wrong.
