Hugo "Liar" Chavez seems to find ways to blame everyone but himself for any problems or issues, lets examine this latest attempt to pass the buck or blatant lies that he must feel that Venezuelan are stupid enough to believe, he is now blaming the Colombian right-wing paramilitary fighters for the high crime rate in Venezuela, so basically if true, what he is saying to the people of Venezuela is that he is incompetent and has failed as a president, his Ministry of National defence has Failed the people, the military and police that are suppose to protect the people of Venezuela has failed in their duties, if they have failed to protect their people from a rag tag for hired paramilitary group what will happen if attracted by an organized trained army or group, Chavez will again fail, talk is cheap, that's all he is good at talking crap and acting uneducated, along with not keeping his word, lying, cheating, stealing, rampant corruption and failing at every single decision he has made, economic and all others made in the name of socialism for the "benefit" of the people of Venezuela, a monkey would have done a better job maybe stick with a binding contract and issue all permits again to the benefit of the people and investors, darn, this fool is such a bonehead and still has a 50% approval rating, how can so many stupid people exist in any productive society, oh yeah they aren't productive are they, that's the truth, don't care who is offended.

Colombian oligarchy is behind violence in Venezuela: Chavez

Colombia's oligarchy is to blame for Venezuela's soaring violence , Hugo Chavez, President of that country, said on Friday.

According to the leftist president, the soaring crime rate is being influenced by Colombian right-wing paramilitary fighters whose aim it is to worsen the security situation in Venezuela.

"Groups of assassins come from Colombia ... all this supports the bourgeousie, footmen, the fifth column that has not hestated to subordinate in the interest of the yankee empire," Chavez told the National Assembly.

Chavez says to have no doubt that these gangs are supported by the local and Colombian bourgeousie and "the yankee empire."

According to recent surveys, the increasing crime rate is the main concern of Venezuelans, where according to the police 10,000 murders took place in 2008. An independent research isntitute said that between October 2008 and September 2009, some 15,000 people were murdered in Venezuela.

Chavez considers the crime and its perpetrators the "great enemies" of his so-called Bolivarian revolution that has implemented numerous social policies
