Why would the U.S. even waste fuel on a fly over of Vz.? Typically the U.S. uses economic sanctions against countries in situations where dropping bombs would be politically incorrect. Hugo is saving us the trouble of imposing economic sanctions. He is doing a great job of destroying the Vz. economy all by himself. At least he's good at something. My guess is he'll be in power until he is taken out by force. This could take awhile. On a brighter note....it looks like our shareprice is steadily declining on lack of news.
