GW, ..Bull.. Kry has enough money in hand to last until end March (1st qtr.). Fung said after that, if they absolutely need to, they have the specialty equip they can sell. However, I would imagine that if the naysayers are right, and we don't have a deal being worked out, then by April, I think Fung will have raised enough capital to see us through arbitration.

Although I'm a 'bleeding heart liberal', who was probably a hippie, my BRAIN tells me that Arbitration will never happen...;>)
