That is the best case scenario but what value do we get in a merger? That was sort of my point. With our weak position, we might be forced to give in to a less than attractive offer or face the dire consequences of proceeding down the current path alone. Whoever merges with us (if that happens) will be looking to squeeze as much profit out of this as they can. They won't be looking to just hand us a handsome profit. They are businessmen too.
