My Wife and I have a LOT of South American friends including those from VZ. Some of the people visiting us this year said their credit cards had been given imposed limits while traveling in the U.S. The theory is they are afraid they will buy electronic items such as PSP's they can get here for $100 but are sold in VZ for as much as $600.

None of my friends knows anything about LC. They say Chavez is a whacko but because he gives a lot to the poor (at the expense of the producers) he assures himself re-election.
